Join us on either December 7th or December 14th for an exclusive headshot session hosted by ARC Talent Group.

For just $75, you'll receive industry-standard headshots that capture your best angles and showcase your unique potential. Our experienced photographers and supportive team will guide you through the session, ensuring you're comfortable, confident, and ready to make an impression.

Whether you're a business professional in need of updated headshots, a model or actor refreshing your portfolio, or someone simply looking for great photos, this is your chance to secure high-quality headshots without the typical heft price.

Event Details:

  • Date and Time: Our headshot sessions will take place on Saturday, December 7th and Saturday, December 14th with available time slots from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Secure your spot early, as slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Location: Join us at our agency, located at 24 E Washington Street Suite 875, Chicago, IL 60602. Conveniently situated in the Loop, our office is located on the 8th floor of the Historic Marshall Field & Company Building (now the State Street Macy’s) and is easily accessible by public transport, with parking options available nearby.

  • Session Duration: Each headshot session will last approximately one hour, allowing time for outfit changes and adjustments to ensure you capture your best look.

  • What to Bring: We recommend bringing a few wardrobe options (neutral and solid colors work best) and any personal grooming essentials you may need for touch-ups.

  • Payment: $75 — You will be directed to the checkout page once you select your photo shoot time slot. A receipt and confirmation email will be sent immediately upon checkout.

  • Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the time slot you reserve to allow enough time to check in and to prepare for your first shoot.

  • A good rule of thumb is to avoid large logos and busy patterns, and focus on solid colors, textures, and well-fitting pieces.

  • Your photo shoot will last approximately one hour.

  • Hair and makeup services will not be provided at this photo shoot, so please arrive camera-ready. You can bring touch-up products to freshen up before you shoot with the photographer.

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring up to two (2) guests to support you during the photo shoot.

    During your shoot, your guests are to remain in designated waiting areas to ensure a smooth and professional environment on set.

  • We understand that things sometimes happen, however, punctuality is absolutely critical to professionalism and to ensure everyone has ample time for their shoots.
