At ARC, transparency is key! ARC Talent Group operates on a commission-based model, earning a percentage of the bookings we secure for our talent, typically the industry standard of 10-20%. There are no upfront fees for representation. For talent in our development division, there is a shared investment between the agency and the talent for initial training sessions. This ensures both parties are committed to success.

We work tirelessly with our clients and industry partners to connect our talent with a wide range of top opportunities including film and television projects, commercials, print work, high fashion, fit, fitness, and plus-sized modeling assignments, voice-over opportunities, influencer partnerships/brand deals, and more.

Our onboarding process is designed to establish a strong foundation for success. We begin with meeting to discuss your goals, experience, and aspirations. This helps us determine if there's a strong mutual fit. If we decide to move forward, we'll provide you with our representation agreement, outlining the terms of our partnership. If signed on, you’ll be invited into the agency for orientation where you’ll receive a tour of our downtown Chicago office followed by a test photo shoot session with our photography team. Then we sit down to discuss how we'll develop a personalized strategy to connect you with the right opportunities.

Yes! We are committed to the continuous development of our talent at every level. We offer a variety of professional coaching and masterclass training sessions throughout the year, covering topics such as audition techniques, acting methods, comedic timing, stage presence, runway technique, photo posing, networking, media training, personal branding and social media, contract negotiation, and more!
